Welcome to FirstSelect Cards Co. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from FirstSelect Cards Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Store

FirstSelect Cards Co. sells trading cards, graded cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, and related merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict sales when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or misuse of our website.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including photographs, condition information, pricing, and availability.

Because many collectibles are unique or available in limited quantities, inventory may change quickly. Placing an order does not guarantee availability if an inventory error, duplicate sale, or other system error occurs. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected item or order and issue an appropriate refund.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel an order affected by a material error.

3. Raw Trading Cards

Raw or ungraded trading cards are sold based on the photographs and descriptions provided in the applicable product listing. Buyers should carefully review available photographs and condition information before purchasing.

Card condition can be subjective. FirstSelect Cards Co. does not guarantee that any raw card will receive a particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC, or any other third-party grading company.

A grading company's assessment or grade may differ from our assessment of a card's condition and does not establish that the original product description was inaccurate.

4. Professionally Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grading company, grade, certification information, and photographs presented in the listing.

Third-party grading companies operate independently from FirstSelect Cards Co. We are not responsible for changes made by a grading company to its standards, population reports, registries, certifications, or opinions.

5. Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products are sold as sealed collectibles. We do not guarantee the contents, pull rates, card selection, condition of individual cards contained inside, or value of cards that may be obtained by opening a sealed product.

Once sealed packaging has been opened or materially altered, the product is not eligible for return except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Pricing and Market Values

Trading cards and collectibles can fluctuate significantly in market value. Prices displayed by FirstSelect Cards Co. represent our selling prices at the time they are offered and are not guarantees of current or future market value.

FirstSelect Cards Co. does not provide investment advice and makes no representation that any collectible will increase, maintain, or decrease in value.

7. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and payment information.

We may cancel, decline, or review an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the transaction.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our direct control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

9. Returns and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our separately published Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The FirstSelect Cards Co. name, branding, logos, original website content, photographs created by us, graphics, and other original materials are owned by FirstSelect Cards Co. or used with appropriate permission and may not be copied or commercially used without authorization.

Product names, trademarks, logos, characters, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. The sale of an authentic third-party product does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with FirstSelect Cards Co.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale activity involving fraudulent payment methods, attempts to interfere with website security, or other activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, website functionality, analytics, or other business functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FirstSelect Cards Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of use or purchase will apply as permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
